I am Saumya, an aspiring photographer with a unique perspective on black-and-white imagery. I am drawn to its timeless feel and the drama it creates.

My journey into photography began as a tool to learn the art of composition during my architectural education. Influenced by the black-and-white rendering style, my compositions focus on form and texture, emphasising light and shadow and an abstract representation. 

Photography makes me aware of the present moment. With a camera in my hand, I observe and capture things that I wouldn’t have otherwise.
